Your goals, finally moving.
Most people don't fail their goals. They lose track of them. Momentum OS is a Notion system for founders, consultants, and creatives who run their own week: real goals with real numbers, a fifteen-minute Friday review with an AI coach, and a dashboard that charts the climb.

Busy is not the same as moving.
You know the feeling. The week was full, the tasks got shipped, and somewhere around Thursday a quiet question surfaced: is any of this adding up? Your task manager can't answer it. It knows what you did, not what it moved.
So the goals live in a doc from January, the work lives in an app, and the two never speak. Every ambitious person we know carries some version of this gap, and it doesn't close with more discipline. It closes with a system that points the week at the goals and reports back honestly.
Fifteen deliberate minutes. Every week, four moves.
The numbers
Your AI coach scans the week: hours completed (not just task counts), completion against plan, where the hours actually went versus the priorities you set.
The reflection
Five questions, one message: wins, blockers, lessons, unfinished business, next week's Big Three. Honest, encouraging, never preachy.
The snapshot
One row per week: hours, completion, and every KPI's current value. The row is small; the compounding isn't. This is what your charts drink from.
The dashboard
Progress bars per goal, momentum lines per KPI, hours by week. By week four you have trend lines instead of feelings.
The output, not the promise.
The week in numbers
- 31.5 hours completed (+4.5 vs last week) · 19 of 26 tasks · 73% completion
- Priority follow-through: the brand system shipped and took 14 of 17 client hours, the right call. The pricing doc got zero hours for a second straight week; that is avoidance now, not scheduling.
- Pattern: both deep-work wins happened before 11am, behind a protected block.
- Next week's Big Three: pricing doc first Monday block · publish the listing page · draft the case study.
The week moves when a priority gets a protected morning block before email. It stalls when the priority waits for after.
From the worked example seeded inside the template (fictional composite week), so your dashboard renders on day one.
Six databases, one brain, zero assembly guesswork.
The goal tracker
Goals, KPIs with start, current, and target values, self-calculating progress and on-track status, related Projects and Tasks so completion rolls up.
The review coach
Master System Instructions for your AI agent: the weekly numbers scan, the five-question reflection, the coaching stance (systems over willpower), and the monthly variant.
The momentum layer
KPI Snapshots database plus the Momentum Dashboard: hours per week, completion rate, and a trend line per KPI, all native Notion chart views.
Reflections that keep
A journaling database for every weekly and monthly review, with wins, blockers, the named insight, and your coach's notes, searchable forever.
The Momentum Report
A bonus generator prompt that turns your snapshots into a designed, shareable weekly page you can open anywhere or print to PDF.
Start Here + worked example
A 7-step, 20-minute setup guide, troubleshooting for week one, and a seeded example so every chart renders before your data arrives.
Technology agnostic by design: runs as a Notion AI agent, or with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini pointed at the same instructions. Your goals shouldn't live or die with one vendor.
Momentum OS
One-time purchase. Every database, the review coach, the dashboard, the Momentum Report, the worked example, and all future updates. Less than one month of a typical coaching app, yours permanently.

Before you ask
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
The system installs on any Notion plan. The Momentum Dashboard uses Notion's native chart views, which Notion limits on its free plan, so the full dashboard is best on a paid Notion plan. Every database, the review agent, and the Momentum Report work regardless.
Which AI does the review coach need?
Any of them. The Master System Instructions run as a Notion AI agent, or pasted into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini with the template shared. Nothing in the system is locked to one vendor.
I already have a task manager. Do I have to switch?
No. A simple Tasks database is included, but the review agent can read from any tracker that records what you completed and when. Keep what works; Momentum OS is the goals layer above it.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes across 7 steps: duplicate the template, add your goals and KPIs, rename three snapshot columns, point your AI agent at the instructions page, add this week's tasks, and run your first review.
Why are the momentum charts empty at first?
The charts draw one point per weekly review. The template ships with a seeded example so you can see the end state; your own trend line starts at week one and gets interesting by week four. That is by design, momentum is earned data.
Is this a subscription?
No. One-time purchase, yours permanently, updates included. If it is not for you, there is a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions, no asterisks.
What if I have ADHD and systems never stick?
Momentum OS was built by a founder with ADHD, which is why the ritual is fifteen minutes with a hard anchor, the questions arrive in one message instead of a drip, an estimated week still counts, and a missed week never breaks the system. It is designed for real brains, not ideal ones.
